My work travels through the domains of live and documented experiences of a performance in order to examine their compossibility, as discrete and/or as interrelated objective realities.

Every performance is being documented and projected back directly at the same space where a synthesis between the actual and the virtual experience is occurring. In order to question the ontological relationship between the presence of the performer and the live documentation, the recording image is being manipulated live with different effects, where the virtual could have an immense difference from the actual. In this way three different experiences might be occurring. The viewer could have the chance to either have an immediate experience with the performer, a merge of both the performer and the live documentation, or most importantly the documentation itself.

The significance of the documentation existing as a separate/different reality makes an immense role in my practice, as the temporality of performance art would require 'traces' to be left behind. Moreover the manipulation of the image alludes as to be exposed and question the existence of a different reality itself, where without the presence of the performer would have no reference to the event that have occurred.
The virtual would no longer be part of an actual reality but could possibly recreate an actual reality between the viewer and the reality of the virtual.
